In March 2016, Logar province governor adopted Mr.Liwal's idea of enriching aquifers and dug a few trenches for one day using his colleagues and planted some trees. Unfortunately, the efforts discouraged probably, trees introduced were unable to grow in that environment or other political reasons do not let him continue
