Mr. Liwal's Enriching Aquifers in Afghanistan sparked once again in 2019, this time during the presidential campaign of Mr. Noor Rahman Liwal and it got so popular that many became suspicious of the government’s lack of attention to agricultural development and it lead to the decree no. 28 in Feb 2020 for the creation of state owned National Development Corporation (NDC).
NDC adopted implementation of “Enriching Aquifers” in Kabul city, since one year did few simple sites in Kabul & claimed that they provided job to 41000 workers.
As a reformist in #AfghanPolitics #AfghanBusiness #AfghanEconomy Mr. Liwal bring brilliant modern ideas of national interest and Afghan governments adopted very late liek Enriching Aquifers in Afghanistan after six years after it publication.
