Noor Rahman Liwal Foundation, was established on 28 Dec 2016 in Kabul and formally registered on 17 May 2017 with the Ministry of Justice, Afghanistan.

Noor Rahman Foundation is an independent, humanitarian and non-profit organization, providing humanitarian service to the Afghan people and the humanity at large, through knowledge, research, philanthropy and assistance, solving the problems of the human and living things in Afghanistan and the world and strive for their development and self-sufficiency for a better life for all.
