Mr. Noor Rahman Liwal the leader of Liwal Foundation, named the year 1400 as the Year of Moringa Promotion. In order to cultivate the Moringa tree in the country, about 5,000 seeds were brought to Afghanistan from Arab countries by the help of friends and were planted on a trial basis in the following places:
Logar: Mohammad Agha District; 60 seeds، Kabul: Paghman District; 28, Ahmad Shah Baba Mena 150, Airport 10 and shar e now 500 seeds, Nangarhar: capital, Rodat , and kamma distracts 1100 seeds Khost: 280 seeds, Balkh: 1000 seeds and 40 saplings.
Herat 300 seeds, Kandahar 50 seeds and 5 saplings, Parwan kohesapi Distict 100 seeds, Farah; 100 seeds.
In Nangarhar, Balkh and Kandahar the growth is very good but in Nangarhar’s growth is remarkable, for further information, read on at liwal.org/moringa.
